Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

This policy is incorporated into the Terms of Service and a breach of it is a breach of those terms.

Data is intended for analytics, market and academic research, brand and campaign monitoring, competitive intelligence, creator discovery, and internal product features.

You may store and process results in your own systems, subject to applicable law and to your responsibilities under section 3 below.

2. Prohibited use

The following are prohibited outright:

• harassment, doxxing, stalking or surveillance of individuals
• building profiles of private individuals, or inferring sensitive characteristics about them
• credential harvesting of any kind
• attempting to access login-gated or private content, or circumventing platform access controls
• reselling raw endpoint access as a competing API without a written agreement with us
• automated abuse, credit farming across multiple accounts, or bypassing caps and rate limits

3. Your compliance responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the data you retrieve complies with the terms, policies and applicable law of the platforms you query, and with any data protection law, sanctions regime or export control that applies to you.

4. Volume and fair use

Each key carries a burst limit and an optional monthly credit cap. Attempts to bypass either are treated as abuse under section 2.

Please contact us before running an unusually large backfill so we can plan capacity with you.

5. Personal data

Where retrieved data contains personal data, you act as controller and must have a lawful basis for processing it, keep it no longer than necessary, and honour access and deletion requests from the people concerned. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your own account data.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe an account is using the service in breach of this policy, email support@fastfetchz.com with the details so we can investigate.

7. Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where the risk is material — for example ongoing harm to an individual — we may act without prior notice. Credits are forfeited where we terminate an account for breach, as set out in the Terms of Service.

We will tell you the reason for enforcement action and, where appropriate, give you an opportunity to correct the behaviour.
